OSPS Datamart users, we have a table change notification:

In order to come into compliance with new security standards, the data on the OSPA tables on the Datamart has been updated to ensure all data is ‘Asset Classification Level 2’. This data can still be considered
sensitive, but not confidential. With this change, it allows us to remove the requirement to keep the agencies segregated. This change will apply to the Workday Payroll tables as well.

Therefore, as of September 23, 2022, employees with security to access the OSPA tables will be able to view other agency data. This change will work
with all software that currently access the OSPA Datamart (OBIEE, Excel, Access, etc.).

Please be aware that only employees that have signed confidentiality
agreements and have passed background checks should have access to payroll data on the Datamart. In addition, DAS strongly encourages agencies to
only view their own agency data and that other agency data is viewed only when absolutely necessary.

Important note: With this change, please remember to
always include an ‘Agency’ number filter when querying any of the tables on the OSPS Datamart. The agency number will no longer default to the users’ agency.
