The recent update effected how the hours were displayed in the ‘Workday – Time Calculated’ subject area/table. Previously, it was ‘run1 plus run2 equals a full month of hours; however, with the update, run2 has changed and currently contains
the full month of hours, therefore no longer having run1 plus run2 equally a month.

Workday Datamart users,

It has come to our attention that the Workday hours were not loading to the Datamart as expected. The Workday team has worked to improve the coding and fixed the way ‘hours’ are loaded. My tech support has now reloaded all the hour information
back to the beginning of Workday payroll.

You will now find the run1 information to include hours through the specific monthly ‘Rpt Effective Date’ and the run2 data will display all hours through the end of the month, which includes run1. Therefore, you will want to filter to
only run2 data once it has loaded.

We are currently working with the Workday team to determine if this will be the way we load hours going forward.

Thanks for your patience and understanding,
