1. DHS said Thursday that almost a year ago it referred a report alleging sex
abuse of Ashley Pond by Ward Weaver to the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office.

2. DHS Director Bobby Mink says that the Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act (HIPAA) gives all of us the "right to know" and the "right

3.  The DHS HIV Prevention Statewide Planning Group will meet on Saturday,
