1. Apologies for the multiple emails
Instructions on how to subscribe, unsubscribe or submit items for possible
inclusion in future editions of dhs-news are at the end of this message.

1. Many apologies to all recipients of dhs-news for the multiple copies of
Vol. 4, Issue 15 you received yesterday, Dec. 4. This was apparently triggered
by some faulty *vacation rules* set up by two recipients. The Oregon State
Library*s Webhost administrator believes that the problem has been fixed. The
list members whose responses caused the problems have been unsubscribed.
This might be a good time for you to review the information included in this
and every dhs-news mailing about how to manage your list membership. If you*re
going on vacation, you might want to temporarily unsubscribe from dhs-news
while you*re gone.
Another apology is in order: The list-management information included in
yesterday*s mailing was outdated. The dhs-news editor is in the midst of a
computer system change and used a former version of the message template.
Thank you all for your patience and understanding, and for your continued
interest in the Department of Human Services.

address and click on 'Edit Options'. On the resulting page, enter your
password and click 'Unsubscribe'. If you have forgotten your password, there
is an option for getting a reminder.
2- Send a message to dhs-news-request@webhost.osl.state.or.us
Message: unsubscribe <password> [email address] Do not include the brackets.
Note that your password is REQUIRED to unsubscribe, but an email address is
only needed if you are trying to unsubscribe from a different address than the
one you subscribed from.
