1. DHS Director Bobby Mink announced that he will retire at the end of the

3. As it ends its first year, Oregon's smokefree workplace law appears to have
strong support: 76 percent of Oregonians in a recent statewide poll said they
support it and the state has received only 128 actionable complaints of
