1. DHS has partnered with the Oregon Lottery to develop a problem gambling
awareness campaign for use in Oregon and the nation. Read the news release:

2. Beginning this week, DHS will notify surrounding residents when an illegal
drug lab is busted in their neighborhood. Read the news release:

3. Forty-two patients used legal physician-assisted suicide in 2003 compared
with 38 who did so in 2002, according to the sixth annual report of Oregon*s
