[DLCD-Rulemaking] Public Hearing and Possible Adoption of Proposed Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Targets for Metropolitan Areas

On Thursday April 21, 2011, the Land Conservation and Development Commission held a hearing to consider adoption of a proposed administrative rule establishing Metropolitan Greenhouse Gas Reduction Targets, OAR 660-044. The commission closed the hearing but left the record open for written comments until 5:00pm on Monday, May 2, 2011.
