CAPTION: Regulates the transfer of development interests from properties approved for development under Ballot Measure 49



SUMMARY: The Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC) is considering the adoption of new administrative rules (OAR 660, division 29) and amendments to existing administrative rules OAR 660-004-0040 and 660-027-0070 to create a framework that counties may use to establish systems for the transfer of development credits (TDCs) for the dwellings authorized by Measure 49. The proposed amendments will implement legislative authorization from subsection 11(8), chapter 424, Oregon Laws 2007.
