The Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC) is considering adoption of amendments to existing rules at the January 14 meeting in Medford, Oregon. Proposed rule amendments and related information will be included with the agenda materials for LCDC's January 14 meeting, available on DLCD's website by January 4, 2016. The Department of Land Conservation and Development is soliciting public comment regarding the proposed rule amendments.

Attached, you will find a combined notice* addressing rulemaking in the following areas:


*         660-033 Agricultural Lands

*         660-004 Exceptions zoning

*         660-006 Forest Lands

*         660-025 Periodic Review

*         660-027 Roads in rural areas
