[DLCD-Rulemaking] DLCD 2014-15 Farm and Forest Report

Every two years, the Land Conservation and Development Commission and the Department of Land Conservation & Development prepares a report documenting approvals of dwellings, non-residential uses, land divisions, urban growth boundary expansions, and zone changes in farm and forest zoning districts. The purpose of the Farm and Forest Report is to allow the Legislature, local officials and interested parties to evaluate how effective Goals 3 and 4 and implementing statute and rules are at protecting agricultural and forest lands. The report has been submitted to the Legislature as required by ORS 197.065.
