12.0pt'>The Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC) will consider
the adoption of amendments to administrative rules regarding the Willamette
River Greenway Plan boundary within the city of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Portland</st1:City></st1:place>. The proposed rule amendment would
add 51 acres and remove 312 acres from the greenway. The proposed rule would
conform the Willamette River Greenway Plan boundary with an amended boundary
provisionally adopted by the city of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Portland</st1:City></st1:place>
as an amendment to the city’s comprehensive plan. The local amendment
will become effective only upon approval by LCDC. The amendment conforms the
plan’s boundary with property lines to avoid split-zoning of parcels.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

proposed rule amendments on Thursday, September 2, 2010, at the state <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Agriculture</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType
w:st="on">Building</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>, <st1:address w:st="on"><st1:Street
w:st="on">635 Capitol Street NE</st1:Street>, <st1:City w:st="on">Salem</st1:City>,
<st1:State w:st="on">Oregon</st1:State></st1:address>. The meeting, which
includes other agenda items, will begin at 8:30 a.m. Interested persons may testify
during the public hearing regarding the proposed rule amendments, or submit
written comments by providing 20 copies to the commission assistant. Written
comments may also be submitted prior to the public hearing as described below.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
