<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="color:black">Pursuant to 15 CFR Section 923.84 (federal Coastal Zone Management Act regulations), notice is hereby given that the Oregon Department of Land Conservation & Development (DLCD) has submitted
a routine program change request to the federal Office for Coastal Management (OCM). The request seeks to incorporate a
<b>Geographic Location Description (GLD) and update the Table 7 – Federal Licenses and Permits Subject to Federal Consistency Review</b> into the federally-approved Oregon Coastal Management Program (OCMP).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Section 306 of the Coastal Zone Management Act, as amended, provides states with a means to keep their federally-approved coastal management programs current. For updates that do not substantially change any program areas, states update
their coastal programs by submitting Routine Program Change (RPC) requests to NOAA.

<p class="MsoNormal">Oregon’s RPC requests detail changes made to state and local authorities incorporated as part of the OCMP, and identify specific enforceable policies to be used in federal consistency reviews.
