<p class="MsoNormal">The Oregon Coastal Management Program (OCMP) of the Department of Land Conservation & Development (DLCD), as provided in Section 307(c) of the Coastal Zone Management Act, is reviewing a federal action for consistency with the Oregon Coastal
Management Program. The Environmental Protection Agency is proposing to issue a National Pollution Discharge Elimination System General Permit (#WAG520000) for seafood processing discharge off of the coasts of Oregon and Washington. The deadline to comment
on potential coastal effects and whether the action is consistent with the enforceable policies of the OCMP is
