<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:105%">The Oregon Coastal Management Program within the Department of Land Conservation & Development (OCMP-DLCD), as provided in Section 307(c) of the Coastal Zone Management Act, is reviewing a federally permitted activity
for consistency with the Coastal Management Program. The Department of the Army, Corps of Engineers (Corps) has a permit under consideration from applicants, Jordan Cove Energy Project/Pacific Connector Gas Pipeline, that would authorize construction of a
deep-water liquid natural gas export terminal in Coos Bay, Oregon with an associated pipeline. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is considering a license application for the same project. This federal consistency review applies to both federal
