[DV_listserv] 404(3) Motions

[Domestic Violence issues]

Hello, All:
 
One of the things that I'm trying to obtain/accumulate are really good
"PBA" motions. I recently had an email from a local DDA requesting a
sample motion on 404(3) issues. 
 
Is anyone willing to share??
 
Can you please email me a copy of your motion if so? That way I'll have
it as a resource for others and I can send it to the requesting DDA.
