FYI: On a related note, HB2925 has a hearing on Tuesday at 1:00 pm
 
This bill proposes to prohibit defendants from making phone contact with
dv and sex crimes victims while incarcerated (from the time of being
lodged forward). The sanction would be a contempt of court.
