(I've attached a copy of the publication referenced below: Judges Tell:
What I wish I had known before I presided in an Adult Victim Sexual
Assault Case. There is really great Domestic Violence information in
this publication as well as on the website. I would encourage you to
register and look through the offerings.)

The National Judicial Education Program (NJEP
<http://www.legalmomentum.org/our-work/vaw/njep.html> ) is excited to
announce the launch of its newest online resource
<http://www.legalmomentum.org/our-work/njep/mat-for-jd-edu/> where
visitors can access 11 easy-to-present modules and resources for
in-person training on cases involving adult victims of sexual assault.
These materials provide information and valuable resources that will be
useful to judges and individuals from a broad range of disciplines. The
objective is to educate on the difficult issues that arise in criminal
and civil cases involving sexual assault and intimate partner violence.

Visit http://www.legalmomentum.org/our-work/njep/mat-for-jd-edu

We also want to draw your attention to NJEP's new publication, "Judges
Tell: What I Wish I Had Known Before I Presided in an Adult Victim
Sexual Assault Case." A featured component of the Materials for New
Judges curriculum, Judges Tell presents a compendium of 25 points and
commentary on key issues related to adult victim sexual assault. This
publication was developed by NJEP in conjunction with judges experienced
in presiding in adult victim sexual assault cases. A copy of Judges Tell
is attached to this e-mail and we strongly encourage judges and
individuals from a broad range of disciplines to use and share this
resource.
