PROSECUTORS: I hope to see a lot of you at the DV training at ODAA this Wednesday (August 3rd)! It's going to be a great presentation and will include information on the new Strangulation bill (currently sitting on the governor's desk awaiting his signature), Improving Investigation and Prosecution Techniques in Strangulation cases, and Understanding the Medical/Forensic aspects of Strangulation (and how to use Expert Witnesses in these trials!).
