Good Morning,

I receive a Victims' Rights Digest/Update from NCVLI quite frequently. The digest often references other materials that NCVLI offers, including its "White Papers". I thought this particular paper could be useful to those who prosecute DV cases (and work with DV victims).

I know that I've had defense attorneys issue subpoenas duces tecum to victims and witnesses before. And while this paper does not stricly deal with Oregon law, I believe it provides helpful analysis nonetheless.

Have a great week!

Erin
