[Domestic Violence issues]

Answers to the DV question (about animal shelters) so far:

My Sister's Place (Lincoln County) does have a kennel attached so they can house pets.

Monica's House, the only DV shelter in Washington County, has set up the physical amenities to house dogs and cats there at the shelter for the victims while they are in that shelter.
