As an addendum to my last email about the Strangulation Bill(s), I would note that the inside cover of the Criminal Code (2012) reads:

"Due to publication deadlines, this volume does not include new laws enacted or amendments to statutes made during the 2012 regular session of the Seventy-sixth Oregon Legislative Assembly. Please consult the 2012 Oregon Laws, available from the Office of the Legislative Counsel or online at www.lc.state.or.us<http://www.lc.state.or.us>, for any pertinent legislation from the 2012 regular session."
