[DV_listserv] DV Q/A Summary

[Domestic Violence issues]

Good Afternoon,

Part of my job entails answering (or trying to answer) DV-related questions.

About 10 months ago, in an effort to organize some of the most frequent Questions/Answers, I created a "Compilation" or summary of these Q/As and sent it out over the listserve. I heard from many of you that that the document was helpful. So, on the "eve" of my second anniversary as the DV Resource Prosecutor, I thought it was a good time to update the Q/A Compilation and send it out, again.

You'll notice that the original material remains but has been supplemented here and there. While I've tried to organize it where I thought it made sense to do so, there really is no true structure or organization---just a whole bunch of information that I hope will assist you from time to time.

I would also note that if it appears that some of the compilation material is in direct response to a specific question (specific set of facts, etc), it probably is. As I said, the original purpose of this document was to summarize and memorialize the most frequent and or DV-relevant questions that I'm asked and have tried to answer.
