[DV_listserv] Recent victory by OCVLC

This case was not specifically DV, but I think we have seen this tactic used in all types of cases, including DV, when there are parallel criminal/civil cases.

Remember, OCLVC can be a great resource for victims, and prosecutors, in these situations.

Great quote from the judge in Columbia county in this case (speaking to defense counsel):

"Now," she told him, "what you are left with is what you are entitled to under the criminal discovery rules. I think you are entitled to discovery from the State. I'm not aware that you are entitled to discovery from the victim."
