Hello,
A few months ago I sent out a "FAQs of FAPA" resource guide.
Shortly thereafter, I was asked to include information relating to Tribal Protection Orders.
I want to thank Brent Leonhard, tribal prosecutor for the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR), and Stephanie Striffler, Native American Affairs Coordinator at the Oregon Department of Justice, for their help in providing the language that was included in the updated "FAQs".
