TRAINING
The Sexual Assault Task Force is excited to announce our first cross training for law enforcement and prosecutors as part of our Statewide Sexual Assault Cross Training and Capacity Building Project.
The purpose of the training and project is to increase the effectiveness of sexual assault investigations, communication, and collaboration between law enforcement and prosecution.
Salem Cross Training
Department of Public Safety & Standards (DPSST)

Eligibility:
This 1.8 day cross-discipline training is for local, county, and Tribal prosecutors and law enforcement from the counties and Tribes in the northwest region of Oregon. The training will be followed by quarterly in person/webinar regional meetings to share local progress and brainstorm challenges. We will hold 3 other regional trainings in 2014 to reach the rest of the state.

Applications for the Salem Cross Training will be accepted until January 10th, 2014. You will be notified of your application status no later than January 15th, 2014.
Lodging, per diem, and mileage will be covered for this training.
