[DV_listserv] SAPO forms now available on statewide OJD website

Hello,

Last week I sent out a link to the Multnomah County SAPO forms. The statewide SAPO forms have now been posted to the Oregon Judicial Department (OJD) website.

On the main OJD website page, use the "Popular Links" section on the right side and click on "Forms."

On the "Forms Page", SAPO is the last listing under the last section "Additional Forms."

Also, county clerks have had electronic copies of the statewide forms for a couple of weeks, so all of your counties should be ready to go!
