[Domestic Violence issues]

On September 10, 2014, the National Network to End Domestic Violence held its 9th annual "Census." Below, I've pasted the link to the summary for Oregon's services.

In Oregon, 85% of all identified non-profit DV programs participated in the census.


Ø  344 Unmet Requests for Services in One Day, of Which 60% (206) Were for Housing
Victims made more than 340 requests for services, including emergency shelter, transitional housing, and non-residential services, which could not be provided because programs did not have the resources to provide these services. The most frequently-needed service that couldn't be provided was housing, followed by legal representation.
