[Domestic Violence issues]

Hello!

As many of you know, Oregon has a statewide Domestic Violence Fatality Review Team (DVFRT). The DVFRT reviews two cases per year and submits biennial reports to the legislature on its findings and recommendations. I've previously sent out those reports on the listerv.

The DVFRT is also obligated to submit an annual letter-update to the Attorney General and the Directors of the Department of Human Services and Oregon Health Authority. Recently, the DVFRT sent that letter to those agency heads. The letter included a summary of the DVFRT's most recent case reviews and resulting recommendations.

I'm attaching a document which summarizes all of the DVFRT's case reviews, findings, and recommendations. I am hopeful that you will find the information not only interesting, but also potentially instructive to the work that you are doing individually and collaboratively, within your agency, organization, and/or community.
