*         Almost a third of all mass shootings in 2015 were related to Domestic Violence:

*         A new interview technique developed by the military is now being used with great success by some large civilian police agencies around the country. You'll find that the foundations of the HIG (High-Value Detainee Interrogation Group) technique are quite similar to FETI (Forensic Experiential Trauma Interview), an interview technique (originally designed to interview victims, but also used effectively with suspects) also developed by the military (Chief Russell Strand).
