[Domestic Violence issues]

Hi, all,

Becky Frolander is trying to get case documents from Sonoma County in California. She's been unable to directly contact the court (they do not answer their phone) and the DA's office has declined to help her. According to the website, a person can request certified copies of prior case documents from Sonoma County Superior Court, but it costs $15.00 for a name search, $0.50/page and $25.00 for each certification. Obviously, this could get expensive very quickly.

Anyone have a contact in Sonoma County who might know or be able to find out if there is a less expensive way for Becky (or a law enforcement agency) to obtain the necessary documents?
