The Women Prosecutors Section of the NDAA is proud to introduce a Best Practices Guide for Domestic Violence Prosecutors

This document<http://www.ciclt.net/ul/ndaajustice/NDAA%20DV%20White%20Paper%20Final%20March%2016%202017.pdf> was inspired at a National Symposium on the prosecution of Domestic Violence cases, co-hosted by NDAA and the Alliance for Hope International.  This two-day symposium included 100 of our nation's leading prosecutors re-envisioning the prosecution of domestic violence cases in the United States. The "National Domestic Violence Prosecution Best Practices Guide" has been vetted by professionals across the country.  Prosecutors and allied professionals are encouraged to continue developing this guide by contributing information on emerging best practices.
