Please respond directly to Becky Frolander (Wallowa County) at wcda at co.wallowa.or.us on the below questions:

1) Has anyone used a Motion in Limine to bring in prior bad acts in a stalking situation? Specifically as it applies to proving fear and apprehension for safety by the victim on the current charges as a result of the prior contacts. The current contacts, when taken completely out of the ongoing stalking behavior, seem pretty non-threatening (sitting in a park, driving by a location). But the history is significant, going back multiple years. Victim got the stalking order when defendant threatened to kill her husband so that stalker could have her. He regularly shows up in locations and petitioner and her kids have adjusted their entire lives to try to avoid this individual.

2) Does anyone have a list of voir dire questions that have been used and you find helpful in stalking prosecutions?

THANK YOU!
