August 2, 2019: Multnomah County (Portland)
Deante Strickland (22) was shot and killed by his sister, Tamena Strickland (30).  She also shot her aunt and grandmother, one in the knee and one in the back.  The aunt and grandmother were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
