[DV_listserv] DV Homicide: Murder for Hire (Klamath County)

November 22, 2019 (exact date uncertain) - Klamath County (Malin)
Tori Devon Hill (58) was arrested on Christmas eve for Aggravated Murder and Criminal Conspiracy for the death of Pedro Padilla.  Hill is believed to have paid Corey Nicholas Agard (31) to murder Padilla.  Padilla's body was found on December 23, with a single gunshot wound to his head.  OECI shows prior restraining orders indicating a prior intimate relationship.
