Oregon DV Homicides #10, 11

February 7, 2019: Linn County (Lebanon)
Brenton Richmond (48) shot and killed his ex-girlfriend Tammy Lee Hopper (42) and her new boyfriend Eric Jacobs (48).  Both victims suffered multiple shots.  Richmond was detained as he was attempting to enter Mexico on foot.
