[DV_listserv] Training Opportunity: REGISTRATION OPENS FEB 6! Advanced Strangulation Training

Registration opens on February 6 for Oregon and Washington applicants only!  This is an excellent training program, and I cannot underscore enough how valuable it is for jurisdictions to put multi-disciplinary teams together to attend this training.  This training is limited to 170 attendees.
