Looking for some FAST help for Ryan in Harney County. Ryan is in the hearing NOW, but getting email. Please include him directly in the response.

Hearing is happening this on a VRO hearing (bench trial) in Harney county. Pros filed motions for wits to appear remotely, defense objected, motions were denied. Witnesses have driven from Coos Co to Harney and are there for the hearing - but the judge now intends to appear remotely, saying that the motions were only re: witnesses.

Judge wants to go forward with the hearing- everyone else in the courtroom, judge on video. Defense is objecting. Anyone run into something like this? Any basis that the hearing can't go forward?

THANK YOU!
