[DV_listserv] Survey- Oregon Restraining Orders During Covid Pandemic

The State Family Law Advisory Committee is interested in hearing the experiences of those who got a restraining/protection order (or helped someone else get one) in Oregon during the pandemic.

This brief survey is intended to gather information on the use of remote vs. in person hearings, and the pros and cons of continuing the use of remote hearings. We hope to use this information to improve the services related to obtaining a restraining order in Oregon.

Please share this survey with all groups, listservs, and programs that work with survivors who sought restraining/protection orders in Oregon during the pandemic, as well as those advocates who assisted survivors with obtaining such orders.

The survey will close on Friday, August 6, 2021 and will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your time.

Nos interesa escuchar las experiencias de aquellos que obtuvieron una orden de restricción/protección (o ayudaron a otra persona a obtener una) en Oregon durante la pandemia.  Esta breve encuesta tiene como objetivo recopilar información sobre el uso de audiencias remotas o en persona, y los pros y los contras de continuar con el uso de audiencias remotas.  Esperamos utilizar esta información para mejorar los servicios relacionados con obtener una orden de restricción en Oregon.

Por favor comparta esta encuesta con todos los grupos, listas de distribución y programas que trabajan con sobrevivientes que buscaban órdenes de restricción/protección en Oregon durante la pandemia, así como los defensores que ayudaron a los sobrevivientes a obtener dichas órdenes.
