As many of you may know the National Crime Victim Law Institute (www.NCVLI.org<http://www.NCVLI.org>) hosts an annual Victim Law Conference in Portland, Oregon.   This year's conference is quickly approaching, and their Executive Director, Meg Garvin, has asked me to pass along a code that will get you a 50% discount on registration!  All of the partners in the domestic violence community in Oregon are critical to advancing victims' voices in our system  Huge thanks to Meg for offering this discount code to members of this listserv! The in-person conference is being held at the DoubleTree Hotel near Lloyd Center in Portland.  Masks and proof of vaccination is required and will be enforced.  There will be an amazing line-up of speakers addressing a myriad of issues from intersection of civil and criminal, to serving LGBTQ, to analyzing media representations of victims and how those erase many victims, to compassion in the courtroom, to serving immigrant victims, and more.
