[Domestic Violence issues]

Hi all,

We received a report from Molly Persky at Lithia Forensics & Consulting opining that a juvenile defendant was unable to aid and assist in his own defense.  I'm unfamiliar with Dr. Perksy or Lithia Forenics, so I'm looking for any info.  Thanks.
