Often times there is a short notice opportunity to participate in a training, and I'm collecting basic contact information to able to reach interested persons quickly.  ANYONE can express interest (law enforcement, prosecutors, SANEs, medical professional, judges, paramedics, advocates, community programs, probation officers, etc).
