<DIV>Just wanted to alert you that the Oregon Supreme Court decided <I>State v. 

Ryan</I> today – reversing the Court of Appeals decision in that case and 

upholding a SPO respondent’s conviction for violation of the SPO.  The 

Court of Appeals had held that the <I> Rangel </I>standard applied to the 

crime of violation of a SPO – the Supreme Court disagreed unanimously.
