Flashlights and headlights were shinning toward town. The proclamation declaring April as Sexual Assault Awareness month was read. <br><br>In Madras, "Hands Around the Courthouse" was a way for community members to show their support. The group linked up with a ribbon around the Jefferson County Courthouse to form a complete circle then read the proclamation declaring April Sexual Assault Awareness Month in Madras.
