</span>now has the ability to help victims of domestic/dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking in
<b>civil protective order cases in Marion and Multnomah Counties. </b><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><u><span style="font-size:14.0pt">To be eligible, the victim must be:</span></u><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">- at least 13 years old<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">- a victim of DV, SA, stalking<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">- a petitioner in a protective order case in Marion or Multnomah County<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">All protective order types are eligible (SAPO, FAPA, EDAPPA, Stalking Orders). A victim does not need to be involved in a criminal case to be eligible.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><u><span style="font-size:14.0pt">ALSO:</span></u></b><span style="font-size:14.0pt"> OCVLC continues to also offer legal services to all types of crime victims statewide who are seeking help with their crime victim rights in a criminal
case. We are happy to assist crime victims with multiple legal issues (for example: a sexual assault victim who has reported to police and also filed for a SAPO, or a domestic violence victim who is a victim in an open criminal case and also has a contested
FAPA hearing coming up).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
