sexual crimes by providing sexual assault specific training.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p style="mso-margin-top-alt:7.5pt;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:7.5pt;margin-left:0in;line-height:150%">
<span style="font-size:11.5pt;line-height:150%;font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif";color:#606060">Proving lack of consent is often a difficult hurdle to overcome in the prosecution and investigation of sexual assault. This one-day training, presented by criminal
justice professionals, is developed specifically for law enforcement and prosecutors. The training will equip participants with specific tools and techniques to address the consent defense in the investigation and prosecution of sexual assault cases. Participants
will review relevant case law and will have an opportunity to develop strategies and build skills as they work through complex scenarios.<br>
