Effect of GJ Recordation on DV Cases; Revenge Porn; the Effect of Expungements on DV Cases; Hearsay and Testimonial Evidence; Proving Unavailability and Forfeiture by Wrongdoing; Language of DV Matters; Case Law and Statutory Updates; Working with Victims
