and that his brother looked at the gun and said it wasn’t working so Angel Martinez took the gun and pulled the trigger, stating that he had loaded the gun when he got it and that he didn’t know it was still loaded.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

arrived, they found Morphew on the front steps of the trailer covered in blood, yelling comments about hoping his mother had died. V had serious physical injuries including facial fractures, lacerations and an internal brain bleed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
