<div>To minimize student exposure to ELPA items and the resulting impact on test validity, ODE has required students to wait 4 weeks before retesting following an ELPA test reset. </div>

<div>As the close of the ELPA testing window approaches, ODE has agreed to revise this policy in order to provide students the opportunity to test. </div>

<li>For ELPA tests begun by May 1, 2009, students must wait a minimum of two weeks before retesting.</li></ol>
