<p class=MsoNormal>On Tuesday, May 11, some students and TAs experienced
slowness with the OAKS Student and TA Interfaces. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>AIR has been actively investigating the root cause of this
issue and suspects there may have been a hardware problem. To address this, AIR
switched to a new server last night and it appears that testing has now
returned to normal.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>However, due to the impact yesterday’s systems
problems had on student testing, ODE is granting a two day extension to the
Testing Window for OAKS Online and ELPA. The Testing Window will now
close on <span style='color:red'>Wednesday, May 19. </span><o:p></o:p></p>
