<p class="MsoNormal">It has been brought to our attention that there are issues associated with being able to view content in a group not on your organization on the ArcGIS Online platform. This message is to let you all know of the known issue and a workaround
to be able to access content. See details below:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Issue:</b><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">When accessing groups that are hosted by an outside organization that the user is a member of, they get prompted with a "You do not have permissions to access this resource." error. For example, navigating to the Groups tab in ArcGIS Online
and selecting a group to view details of that group for one that you are a member of, but it is owned by an outside organization member.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Workaround:<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The user can access the content from these groups using the my content tab. See the attachment “MyContentGroups.png” for the way to be able to access the content on these groups.<o:p></o:p></p>
